It was a stressful period for us because we did not have much time and we had to do it from another city, relying on Elliot to do the visits for us, using Whattsap video. Elliot was extremely efficient. He would communicate with us during out-of-office hours to ensure the process was completed smoothly. He was honest with us when apartments were not priced correctly or when apartments did not look as good as in pictures. He considered things like construction nearby for the noise, the apartment layout to make it easier for our toddler, and proximity to parks for our daughter and dog.
